  • What type of updates can I do to my unit?
    Prior to any renovations or updates to your unit, it is important to review your plans with the Board prior to beginning work. You can email your plans to: info@yrgpropertyservices.com for futher review or call 717-690-1700 x 3 for more information. Several improtant items to consider: - All work that is to be performed at your unit must be completed by a licensed contractor of that field. - All contractors must provide a copy of their liability insurance to the Board prior to beginning work. This is to protect your best interests as well as the association as a whole. - Limited common elements such as your porch are areas that must have repair review prior to work beginning to ensure that consistency is followed with the Rules & Regulations of the Association.   • Who do I contact if I have an emergency?

  • Can I plant my own garden outside my unit?
    Flower gardens are permitted as per the Rules & Regulations of the Association. Vegetable gardens are not permitted. For more information see Rules & Regulations.pdf
  • How are my monthly fees paid?
    All HOA fees are paid via direct deposit withdrawl from the account you provided at the time you purchased your unit. All fees are withdrawn on the 10th of each month. Should you have any changes to your banking account, please contact the property management company immediately to update your account.   • Can I rent my unit?
    There are several restrictions to rentals at The Oaks. 1) The HOA bylaws limit the number of approved rentals that are permitted. All rentals must be approved by the Board prior to being leased. 2) All approved rentals must complete a Rental Registration Inspection. Click HERE to submit a registration request form. 3) All rentals MUST be a 12 month lease. Airbnb, Vrbo or any other short term rentals are PROHIBITED.
