This is to protect your best interests as well as the association as a whole. - Limited common elements such as your porch are areas that must have repair review prior to work beginning to ensure that consistency is followed with the Rules & Regulations of the Association. All HOA fees are paid via direct deposit withdrawl from the account you provided at the time you purchased your unit. All fees are withdrawn on the 10th of each month. Should you have any changes to your banking account, please contact the property management company immediately to update your account. There are several restrictions to rentals at The Oaks. 1) The HOA bylaws limit the number of approved rentals that are permitted. All rentals must be approved by the Board prior to being leased. 2) All approved rentals must complete a Rental Registration Inspection.
